Cod fish omelette
50 gr. of cod fish. 2 onions. 1 green pepper. Chopped parsley. 4 eggs. 100 gr. of Iberian ham. Olive oil. Salt.
Fry in a saucepan with some olive oil the chopped onion and the green pepper, sliced. Brown it. Add the cod fish cut in slices, the mixed eggs with salt and the chopped parsley. Cook it slowly, and stir it continuously. Put the sliced ham in the plates and put over it the cod fish, making this way a nice presentation.
